GM Diet- Day 3- Congrats Half The Battle Won!
Now that you are on GM Diet Day 3, things would have started appearing easier as you might have learnt how to ignore all those dangerous cravings. Well, Day 3, gives you lots of variations to dig into and fill in your stomach to the brim. One important thing that you have to keep in mind is that you have to take in the fruits and veggies that tend to give you a sense of constant fullness as this is what leads to results on Day 3.
Another important thing that will aid healthy weight loss is that you have to watch in the calorie intake. On Day 3, it is advised that you rely on the fresh produce as it is easy to digest and would not make you feel any drastic change in the appetite.
GM Diet Day 3- Breakfast Menu
On Day 3, your body is already in sync with the changes that it has undergone in the past few days, so you can start with the foods that are not on the heavier side. During breakfast, you can have apples, but if feeling hungry, go in for melons. Make sure that if you take in melons, a good 2-3 glass of water has to be sipped in.
GM Diet Day 3- Lunch Time Menu
You have all that you had on Day 2’s lunch and if you want to bring in some change, you can add tomatoes to the salad. One important thing, mayonnaise is still not allowed.
GM Diet Day 3- Dinner
It is advised that you take in a good serving of boiled veggies during the dinner time. Once you are done with the veggies, you can dig into a fruit of your choice such as apple or watermelon as this is going to keep your stomach fuller all through the day.
Coming to the snacks and beverages, the GM Diet Day 3 is a liberal one in this regard, You can have fresh fruits, fresh veggies salads, and fresh fruit juices. You can have watery fruits such as oranges and berries as snacks.
To avoid bloating, you can either rely on the watery fruits or on the vegetable juices such as tomato juice or carrot juice.
